Graduate Housing

Graduate students who wish to stay at the University's student housing blocks should submit an online application during the housing application exercise held each July.  A supplementary housing exercise may be conducted in November for students who wish to stay from the January term, subject to vacancies.  Information on the housing exercises will be published on this webpage one week before the start of each housing exercise.

Hostel residents are to be aware of and to abide by the (login/VPN required).

July 2023 Graduate Housing Exercise

This application exercise applies to full-time graduate students who wish to stay in the hostel from September 2023 to August/September 2024. 

Application window: 4 July 2023 (10am) to 18 July 2023 (10am)
Application results: sent progressively via email on 1 August 2023 (10am)
Acceptance window: 1 August 2023 (10am) to 8 August 2023 (10am)

Rooms will be allocated according to the University's (login/VPN required). Your application outcome is subject to supply and demand, and housing is not guaranteed.
