Morning News: Simple method to upcycle okara using 3D printing
Morning News reported that researchers from SUTD have developed a method to perform direct ink writing 3D printing of okara, a soybean byproduct, without using food thickeners. This research was led by Associate Prof Michinao Hashimoto and included a quote from PhD student Lee Cheng Pau.
