I congratulate all graduates, and your family and friends, who have supported you over the years, especially through your stint in university. Today marks the end of one phase of your life, and the start of another. In a sense, you have spent your whole life preparing for this moment.

The last time I was last here was in 2015 to open SUTD. Now, three years later, I’m glad to be back to speak to the SUTD family at your first Ministerial Forum.

It is a great privilege for us at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to host the inaugural SUTD Ministerial Forum with Prime Minister Lee as our guest of honour.
