Ranjeev is a seasoned professional with over three decades of comprehensive experience in leadership, training, and consultancy. A distinguished veteran with 25 years of exemplary service in the Indian Army, he has transitioned into corporate consultancy, bringing his vast expertise to the forefront of AI, GenAI, and Agile methodologies. Currently, he is the trainer for all Agile-specific courses and is now poised to train on AI & GenAI courses where he drives transformative learning experiences for professionals under the WSQ and SSG-funded programmes. He is also closely involved with a Singapore-based insurance firm as their GenAI trainer.
Ranjeev has a strong background in AI and GenAI, underpinned by the ICAgile FAI certification. He leads the development and delivery of foundational AI courses, focusing on the application of GenAI at the workplace by building awareness on prompt engineering, ethical AI, and AI鈥檚 integration into business strategy and product development. His work has empowered PMETs with the skills needed to navigate the evolving landscape of Agile-driven workplaces and now infusing the methodology for AI adoption.
