Learning objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Explain the core concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its applications across the Human Resource (HR) lifecycle.
- Evaluate HR processes to identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, fairness, and employee experience.
- Apply AI tools to automate recruitment, onboarding, leave management, payroll documentation, and appraisal workflows.
- Design bias-free and inclusive job postings, communications, and performance feedback with the support of AI.
- Use AI-powered chatbots and agentic AI to manage employee queries, reminders, and compliance tasks.
- Interpret AI-driven insights such as attrition risk predictions, engagement sentiment, and workforce planning data.
- Develop AI-supported onboarding and probation checklists to ensure seamless employee integration.
- Conduct AI-powered research and application of laws and compliance in organisational policies
- Develop AI-driven feedback mechanism to understand employee sentiment, and develop plans to grow organisational culture.
- Integrate AI in performance management by setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound (SMART) goals, generating appraisal summaries, and tracking progress.
- Assess ethical and legal considerations in using AI for HR, ensuring responsible, transparent, and compliant practices.
- Create a strategic plan for adopting AI in HR that aligns with organisational goals and enhances employer branding.
