Learning objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Integrate AI in performance management by setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound (SMART) goals, generating appraisal summaries, and tracking progress.
  • Assess ethical and legal considerations in using AI for HR, ensuring responsible, transparent, and compliant practices.
  • Create a strategic plan for adopting AI in HR that aligns with organisational goals and enhances employer branding.
