Students@Part-Time Work Scheme (w.e.f. 1 April 2019)

At SUTD, students are encouraged to participate in a myriad of activities to broaden their horizons and student life experiences. The Students@Part-Time Work Scheme aims to provide students with on-campus employment opportunities. Students hired under the Scheme can look forward to gaining experience in a dynamic work environment on campus, while enhancing their skills and knowledge.

If there is a need, SUTD Hiring Departments* could publicise employment opportunities through various channels including online platforms such as , an SUTD student portal. Interested students should keep a look out for them and once a match has been found, the hiring department should submit the  to the Office of Student Life.

Application

Only matriculated undergraduate or graduate students who are eligible can apply to work on campus under the Scheme and students must adhere to the maximum number of working hours as well as the breaks stipulated. Both the eligibility criteria and obligations of the Scheme are reflected on the Terms and Conditions.

Completed application forms must be submitted to the Office of Student Life at least two weeks before the start date of the assignment.

Remuneration

Students hired under the Scheme will need to submit their official  to their supervisors, on a monthly basis, for endorsement. Afterwhich, students will need to submit the endorsed timesheet via Concur. Students may .
