Vaughn is a key member of SUTD’s Design Innovation team since 2020 where he currently serves as the Lead Innovation Designer. He seamlessly translates user needs into tangible system maps so project teams can develop their solutions, be it physical products, AI-based solutions or embedded electronics, with confidence. With over a decade of knowledge, he has accrued professional experience across industries including logistics, special education, and engineering, and has facilitated over 80 cross-disciplinary teams through design sprints.

Dishi is an Innovation Designer at SUTD with a Master in Design Engineering from Harvard University. She brings expertise in industrial design, UX research, and product development.

An active AI enthusiast, Dishi seeks innovative ways to integrate AI into designing effective solutions for business and everyday challenges. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in creating learning experiences that foster curiosity and experimentation.
