Introduction to Machine Learning (From AY2026)
Students will dive in into the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by learning the basics of Machine Learning. Students will be introduced to basic steps of machine learning from data preparation, building machine learning models and evaluating these models in a practical way.
Students will gain insights on how machine can learn from data to make smart predictions that empowers today鈥檚 AI and data science applications. Students will undertake mini-projects where they apply what they have learnt to solve real-world problems using machine learning. The course requires both computational thinking and mathematical thinking from SUTD鈥檚 other Freshmore courses.
