1. Digital Business Skills: Developing a Personal Digital Transformation Plan
This module introduces participants to essential digital business skills, providing foundational knowledge to help them navigate and thrive in an increasingly digital workplace. By the end of this module, participants will have a personal digital transformation plan and practical experience using tools like Google Apps Script and ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer) to enhance their productivity and team efficiency.
2. Data Management Essentials: Google AppSheet and Microsoft Power Apps
This module equips participants with essential data management skills using low-code/no-code tools such as Google AppSheet and Microsoft Power Apps. Participants will focus on building data-driven applications to automate workflows and enhance decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity and security. By the end of this module, participants will have a strong foundation in data management and application development.
3. Getting Started with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 鈥 The Basics of Power Automate
This module introduces participants to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Microsoft Power Automate. Participants will learn how to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks, enabling them to focus on more strategic activities. The course emphasises practical applications of RPA in daily business operations, helping participants streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
4. Mastering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Skills with UiPath Studio
This module is designed for professionals looking to deepen their expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath Studio. Participants will learn to create complex automation workflows that streamline multi-step business processes, manage RPA bots, and integrate automation with existing business systems. The course emphasises hands-on practice to help participants master intermediate-level RPA workflows and best practices for RPA implementation.
5. Leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) 鈥 Data Visualisation with Looker Studio & Power BI
This module equips participants with the skills to leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) and Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence). Participants will learn how to transform raw data into interactive, actionable dashboards that support business strategy and decision-making. Emphasis is placed on data storytelling, preparation, and creating visually compelling reports and dashboards.
6. Harnessing GenAI 鈥 Building Customised AI Applications for Business Innovation
This module introduces participants to GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) and its potential to drive business innovation. Participants will focus on building AI-driven tools that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making, mainly by creating Retrieved Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. The course also covers ethical considerations in AI (Artificial Intelligence) development and practical applications of GenAI in various business contexts.
