    • Visit key industries specialising in seafood, fruits, and vegetables to gain insights into Kochi’s innovative food production techniques and sustainable business models.
    • Learn best practices from Kochi’s success, with actionable implications for Singapore’s F&B, food manufacturing, trade, and logistics sectors.
    • Identify and explore potential collaboration opportunities with Kochi’s industry leaders and stakeholders.

    • Visit Tokushima’s leading sectors, including seafood, koji (fermented products), citrus fruits, and the renowned Naruto Kintoki sweet potatoes, to gain insight into their food innovations
    • Learn best practices in Tokushima’s industry-leading practices in food production, sustainability, and logistics, and explore their implications for Singapore’s F&B, food manufacturing, and trade sectors.
    • Identify potential collaborations with Tokushima’s local enterprises to leverage their expertise and integrate innovative solutions into your business model.
  • Hands-on strategy workshop: “Singapore-Japan (Shikoku) Partnership in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Food & Logistics Ecosystem”
    • Participants will apply a strategic framework to develop their business strategy, including food supply chain partnership with selected Shikoku partners.
